Q: What are BAZZ Smart Home Product Certification?

Steam room might be an issue and enclosed shower if it is not ventilated.

Q: My Wifi Products Keeps Going Offline?

This problem is related to poor wifi signal. When smart product can't detect it's wifi network, it goes offline. It should go back online by itself. Normally you shouldn't have to reset them. You might need to consider expanders and boosters.

Note: Having multiple hotspots doesn't make the signal stronger. Smart products might be too far from original router. Either too far or too many obstacles blocking the signal such as walls and floors. As an example, having the router in the garage or in the basement and having the fixtures on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

I installed eight of the 6" RGB LED lights and four of these 4" RGB LED lights. I used the smaller lights in built-in shelving and they worked great. The app has a lot of great features that helped me setup routines, which can then be executed from Google home.

I searched a lot before going with these because I wanted canless LED lights, and these work perfect.

I am an electrician in South Carolina, USA. I recently purchased and installed 24 of the 4" RGB LED recessed lights. I have installed many hundreds of recessed lights from different manufacturers in the past 10+ years. These are the best LED wafers that I have had the pleasure of installing. They can be installed seamlessly with a stud running directly over the center or side, in ceiling material as thin as 3/8" (9.525mm). The junction box is large enough for two 14-2 romex wires fit inside with no trouble. They look great even at the default 5000k color temperature before connecting to the wifi + app. I used a $30(USD) single band 2.4GHz ASUS router, because there was no existing wifi. I had a bit of minor trouble with the setup at first, but it was quickly and easily resolved after I called BAZZ. (Yes, on the phone. With an actual human!) I spoke practically immediately with a very patient and helpful representative (I don't remember your name, but you earn an A+. Merci beaucoup!). The groups of lights dim and change color settings synchronously from the app. Not only is the brightness adjustable through the app, but the color saturation is as well. I will definitely be recommending these to my customers who ask for more than just your every day basic white recessed lighting.
